Tapestry is a training and consulting firm that teaches leadership skills and develops leadership potential in a strategic, yet holistic way. Our company is made up of four core values:

Tapestry Consulting provides educational training, workshops, needs assessments and coaching to corporations, not-for-profit organizations, educational Institutions, small groups and individuals. Our training model is research based, data driven and ultimately, outcome based. Our successes are your successes. We are extremely vested in developing creative, hands-on processes that address your institutions specific needs and concerns. Our focus is “anti-oppressive” and allows us to tap into, and subsequently maximize, the cultural nuances of your institution.

One of Tapestry Consulting’s primary goals is to encourage individuals and institutions to think more critically, become more conscious, act more responsibly and act with impeccable integrity. Our belief is that this can only be accomplished by experiential processes and a willingness to take risks in order to grow.
